In your face, Shady RV Dealer Guy!

Looks like there will be no push-up contest because Taylor Lautner has settled a lawsuit with McMahon’s RV, the dealership who failed to deliver Tay Tay’s $300,000 RV before shooting began on his new film Abduction.

His lawyer Robert Barta released a statement:

“McMahon’s RV has agreed to settle its dispute with Taylor Lautner. McMahon’s RV will pay $40,000 to Lautner, which Lautner will donate to The Lollipop Theater Network, a children’s charity with which he has a long-standing relationship. The Lollipop Theater Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing movies currently in theaters to children confined to hospitals due to chronic or life-threatening illnesses. The Lollipop Theater Network works with hospitals nationwide, including the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas.‬”

That’s right. You don’t mess with Taylor!!

And now everybody wins!!

On August 21, she was stopped at a DUI checkpoint near Marina del Ray and was arrested after she was suspected of being under the influence.

More dramz for John Travolta!

Ex-ambulance driver Tarino Lightbourne, who allegedly tried to exort $25 million from the actor after the death of his son Jett, is now claiming that Travolta “betrayed” him after they had an “agreement” that all charges would be dropped.

According to Lightbourne, he and Travolta’s lawyers struck a deal, stating that if Lightbourne stayed away from the media, all charges would be dropped against him.

However, the retrial is set to begin this coming Monday in Nassau and now Lighbtbourne says he’s been “duped.”

He adds, “We had an agreement. I feel betrayed by Mr. Travolta. We took his word for it. Now it’s all over the newspapers, the press, the Internet
and we’re hearing all kind of things.”

Meanwhile, Travolta’s attorneys say that they met with Lightbourne, but made no guarantee that they would drop the charges.

Hmm, it’s hard to believe someone who tried to extort money.

No, really, we have no comprehension of why you would want to suck face with any other man that isn’t A-Skars! The man is a walking declaration of perfection! It just doesn’t get any better than him!!!

US Weekly’s print edition is reporting that last month, Kate Bosworth got a little trampy while visiting her folks in Massachusetts. Reportedly, she hooked up with her old high school boyfriend. Supposedly, this was her reaction to the news that her ex-boyfriend Orly Bloom had plans to marry his girl Miranda Kerr, considering he knocked her up and all.

We could see how that would be hard to take, but it soooo doesn’t justify cheating on your current man! How low can you go, girl???

Of course, her rep denies the whole story, claiming that Kate and this high school sweetheart are just “good friends.”

We give you credit for putting yourself out there, DWTS!

Before they were able to land their current roster of dancers for the upcoming season, which includes Jersey Shore’s Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Dancing With The Stars was rejected by many people.

Mark Zuckerberg, the creator of Facebook, was approached by the show, but he passed. They should have checked his profile first to see if DWTS was in his “Favorite TV Shows” section on his Facebook page.

Sylvester Stallone was also approached about doing the show. He declined the offer, but we wouldn’t be surprised if the offer spurred an idea in his head for his own show. Dancing With The Former Action Stars? Who wouldn’t want to see Dolph Lundgren let loose on stage?

DWTS was also rejected by Ann Coulter, Condoleeza Rice, Julia Roberts the real Erin Brockovich, Richard Branson, Suzanne Somers, Kirstie Alley no duh, and Joel McHale.

We’re not really sure why Tim Allen and Drew Carey declined the offer though. Tim Allen’s got nothing better to do, other than hang around and pray that they decide to make Toy Story 4. As for Drew Carey, he’s in the best shape of his life! He should totally do the show!

We LOVE it!

A few nights ago, Lady GaGa made a bit of stir after her performance in Edmonton, Canadialand when she tweeted this photo (above) of an Oil Country sign with a HIGHlariously key letter missing - along with the message “holy mother of laughter.”

However, city officials are now displeased with the pop star because they think she has soiled the city’s image!

Mayor Stephen Mandel says:

“Some things are disgusting and you shouldn’t have to say they’re disgusting. I think it demeans them more than anything else.”

And reportedly local TV stations won’t air the pic!

Ha! Too bad it’s plastered all over the internet for the world to see!

We personally don’t see what the big deal is! What happened to the HIGHlarity of wordplay, people?!

We’re sure she didn’t mean for anyone to take it personally!
