So that’s why they call it the Mile High City!
Denver, Colorado is taking the wacky tabacky to new heights when it comes to food.
Ganja Gourmet, a medical-marijuana shop is offering a higher caliber of munchies laced with the sticky icky.
The shop offers lasagna or LaGanja, Panama Red Pizza, olive tapenade or ganjanade as well as sweets like cheesecake, muffins and the classic pot brownies.
As of last week, when it opened, 90% of its business has not surprisingly been takeout.
The food will cost you more than making a trip to your dealer. A whole pizza sells for $89 and a dozen Almond Horns costs $120.
But, don’t worry there’s a restaurant across town that plans to offer classes on how to make multi-course meals with pot in every dish!
We just hope the stoners aren’t cooking and smoking at the same time because that could quickly become a recipe for disaster!

Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin will once again be hosting CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live.
Hosting from Times Square in NYC, the hilarious twosome will also be joined by Lance Bass who will be reporting from the Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas!
The special begins at 11 p.m. on December 31.
We can’t wait to see kind of dick jokes Kathy comes out with this year!

Just how we like our billboards: inventive and offensive! Pure genius!
This Christmas, folks in New Zealand were prompted to ponder their religion a little farther outside the Bible than they were used to. A billboard, erected by the church itself, finds Joseph lying in bed with his wife Mary, with the heading “God is a hard act to follow” looming above him.
Hilarious and thought provoking! We love it!
As expected, many members of the parish were not so open-minded about the message, claiming it was “sacrilege” and inappropriate. It only took four hours for someone to come along and deface the the billboard in a fury.
The church vicar, Archdeacon Glynn Cardy, stands by his decision to have the billboard created, as he described his church as having very liberal ideas about Christianity.
We think we’d love to hear a sermon from this guy! Seems to us like he’s got some good ideas!
And for the haters, let’s get real. You don’t think Joseph ever got busy with Mary? She was his wife after all and he was a MAN! Just because the Bible leaves that tidbit out doesn’t mean it didn’t happen!

What a nauseating exciting prospect!
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences released a list yesterday of the 63 eligible songs for Oscar consideration. Among the list is none other than Disney’s golden girl, Miley Cyrus.
Miley co-wrote the song Don’t Walk Away with John Shanks and Hillary Lindsay for the Hannah Montana Movie, which places her right in the running alongside some heavy-hitters as well as someone else who wrote for her movie soundtrack, Taylor Swift.
She hasn’t a shot in hell of winning, but even if she gets nominated, you know we will all never hear the end of it. Plus, it’ll be a HUGE slap in the face to the other nominees and the ones who didn’t get selected.
Do us all a favor Academy voters and just cross this one off your list. Trust us, the ratings aren’t really worth it!

Right now there are three episodes up for viewing on YouTube, including one that didn’t get the chance to draw in a low number of viewers.

Actor Alec Baldwin has donated a million big ones to New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts for the Alec Baldwin Drama Scholarship Fund beginning in 2010.
Alec graduated from the school in 1994 and the new scholarship fund will offer assistance to students with “work ethic, development of leadership skills, willingness to collaborate, the ability to tolerate risk, and the capacity to work with constructive criticism.”
Additionally students must be in good academic standing with demonstrated financial need. Special consideration will be given to those from economically disadvantaged families or who are the first members of their family to attend university. Baldwin says of Tisch:
“The support I got from Tisch made it possible for me to become an actor and to have a career in this business. It’s important to give back to those institutions that give us such opportunities, and I encourage anyone to look into supporting their alma mater.”
What a generous gesture!
And it’s so important to support the arts!
